President: The responsibilities of the President include but are not limited to presiding at all meetings of the members and at all meetings of the Board and shall execute all amendments to the Declaration and these By-Laws as provided in the Declaration and By-Laws.

Vice President: The responsibilites of the Vice President include but are not limited to performing the duties assigned to the President in his/her absence.

Secretary: The responsibilities of the Secretary include but are not limited to keeping minutes of all meetings of the Owners and the Board and shall have custody of the Association Seal and have charge of such other books, papers and documents as the Board may prescribe.

Treasurer: The responsibilities of the Treasurer include but are not limited to responsibilites for Association funds and securities and for keeping full and accurate accounts of all receipts and disburesments in the Association books of accounts.

Director at Large: The responsibilities of the Director at Large includes but are not limited to responsibilites for Association in assisting in the affairs of the Board.
